The Knot is selecting 14 lucky couples to tie the not in the New York landmark on Valentine's day.

*One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) officiating of a wedding ceremony for the winner and his or her fiancé at the East Gallery at the world-famous 86th floor Observatory of The Empire State Building on Friday, February 12, 2010.

*Thirteen (13) Runner-up winners will receive one (1) officiating of a wedding ceremony for the winner and his or her fiancé at the East Gallery at 61st floor of the Empire State Building on Saturday, February 13, 2010.

*All couples will receive champagne toast and an Empire State building photo album.
