The southern champagne is just another version of the champagne cocktail
We all know that different regions have different versions of the same recipe and cocktail do not escape this rule.
Champagne cocktails are wedding favorites..
No other drink is present at weddings more than champagne, so it is not surprise that this southern recipe fits a Southern Belle theme.
Let's get to work
The Ingredients
For one cocktail:
* 1 measure of southern comfort
* dash of Angostura bitters
* ice cold champagne
Making It
Place the liqueur and bitters in a champagne flute and mix them briefly.
Fill the flute with the champagne.
If you like you can squeeze a little bit of orange rind over the drink and then drop it into the glass.
